Kinue is embarassed by Tatsuya noticing the little changes she has made in her appearance – but it’s cute. She also loves giving the other ladies in the Womens Dept a bit of a shock with her new confidence. Meanwhile Miki is firing her junior assistant with her ‘three strikes, you’re out’ rule, which I think at least one of the other assistants, Mizuho Kimura, takes great delight in. She gives Tabuchi the job of finding her another assistant pronto, and after being a little surprised by Kinue’s mini-makeover, he decides on her. Kinue arrives at her new post Peche Mignon, Miki’s pet project – a VIP shopping salon where she is given a quick rundown my one of her co-workers and meets Miki’s other assistants Mizuho, and her 2IC, Tamura Aya. These two sisters have the nickname “Cyborg Sisters of Jinbo” referring to their ambitious, workaholic natures.

Oneshots & Updates

Not much reading done this week, I’ve been checking for updates on my favorite series but there’s nothing happening on that front. In fact, most of the series I follow haven’t had updates in over a month! Never mind. To keep myself amused of late, I’ve mainly been reading one-shots or short one-three volume works that are already completed.
I’ll talk about those shortly, but first a couple of updates on series I’m following right now…
Shokojo Seira 6

The school is shocked at Chieko’s outburst and demand that Seira leave the school immediately. Aran-sensei tries to plead Seira’s case with Chieko, surprising her by reminding her she shouldn’t be this way. Meanwhile, Kaito is determined to leave with Seira, but she doesn’t want him to give up his dreams to be with her.
Killing time with the beautiful people

I’ve had a hell of week, so I really haven’t had alot of time to sit down and blog watch/read anything, let alone blog about it. Thankfully I’ve managed to cram in a few hours of Final Fantasy 7 replay though. I’m feelin’ so retro right now. However I have managed a couple of series catchups on the manga/manhua front… both revolving around celebrity~!
